The values I have chosen centre on the slogan “Delivering Quality, Trust and Reliability”. This represents three facets of workmanship that I strive to achieve.
Quality.
Quality is essential for any project. The design must meet the needs of the project, be technically sound, economical to construct and be prepared in a cost effective manner. To achieve this requires ongoing training and development thereby in order to enhance engineering skills and knowledge. It is a personal goal to continuously to review and improve my own technical ability as required. Quality also involves planning to ensure the timeliness of the delivery and putting in the extra effort required to review the design to ensure its correctness.
Trust.
Developing a good relationship and maintaining respect for others achieves trust. I value the privacy requirements of the project and take great care to maintain the confidentiality required.
Reliability
Reliability extends throughout the project lifecycle. Ongoing support for a project is required to ensure that smooth flow of information during all stages of a project.
